Platanias

The village of Platanias is a cosmopolitan touristic resort, one of the most famous in the Greek island of Crete. Platanias is situated 10 km west from Chania, on the way to Kasteli.
The 4 kilometers of the white shining sandy beaches, have given to Platania beach for several years in the row, the blue flag, a hallmark of quality from the EU for clear and organized beaches.
